The PT-17 Baggage Compartment is made from a strong olive drab 1000 denier Cordura and equipped with heavy-duty size 10 brass zippers to ensure secure closure while still giving a vintage and authentic appearance. It incorporates two large pockets on the rear and side panels, along with a removable wooden base that provides structural support and simplifies cleaning, thereby enhancing maintenance accessibility and durability. The zipper is positioned diagonally along the bottom to allow maintenance access. There are 3 points of backup paracord lacing to ensure its holds together in the event of a zipper failure.
